Refund & Return Policy

At Single Use Only, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order:

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the disposable and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all items delivered to our customers.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Success Team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a store credit.

  3. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  4. Refunds
    Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  5. Exclusions
    We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

    • Change of mind after delivery

    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility

  6. How to Start a Claim
    To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please CONTACT US with your order number and details. Our support team will respond promptly to assist you.
